AgroPaper® is the ideal mulching solution
for an agriculture that is respectful
with the environment.
LIFE AgroPaper® is a project targeting the substitution of the plastic mulch used in agriculture by a compostable and biodegradable paper mulch developed by Smurfit Kappa. The project has the backing of the European Commission and aims to prove that the paper mulch is a sustainable solution for the environment, helping the earth’s preservation.

Validate this new product in different climatological areas and with different types of crops
PROMOTE
Promote AgroPaper® as an ecological and sustainable product for the farmers that they want to manage their crops in a sustainable and respectful environmentally way.
SHOW
Show the benefits that AgroPaper® offers once the paper mulch is integrated in the soil, among which are, the increase in the quality and productivity of the crops, as well as the carbon footprint reduction.
GENERATE
Create social awareness and environmental respect at the start of the agricultural consumer chain.
